At Perimeter Safeguard LLC, transparency and customer satisfaction are important to us. However, due to the nature of our services (such as information security consulting, digital assessments, and downloadable resources), we adopt the following refund terms:

 

3.1 Eligibility

  • Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described in the agreed scope of work.

  • The customer notifies us in writing within 7 calendar days of receiving the deliverable or digital access.

  • No substantial part of the service or product has been consumed, downloaded, or used.

 

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • For digital downloads or delivered reports that have already been accessed

  • For consulting hours already performed

  • For delayed requests submitted beyond the 7-day window

  • For change-of-mind or subjective dissatisfaction not supported by breach of terms

 

3.3 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds at our sole discretion, based on how much of the contracted service was completed.

 

4. Refund Process

  • The request must include the order number, date of purchase, and a brief explanation.

  • We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and resolve it within 10 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Perimeter Safeguard LLC is legally registered. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that state.
